So I tried to put my pictures on facebook and it said 1832 minutes remaining... I don't think that's normal. So I don't know how to do pictures anymore... any ideas?

You could try photobucket.com, then link it from facebook. I have done that a few times. Good luck :)
It says that when i do it to. Then 2 minutes later it's down to 385 minutes. Then a few minutes later it's down to 23 minutes. Then after no time at all they've uploaded. Ignore the "minutes left".
